James T. Emerson Education & Conference Center

The James T. Emerson Education and Conference Center may be divided into three rooms or used as one large banquet hall.


​Each room has its own projector and drop down screen. They may be used together or independently.

What is included in your rental:

-Up to 450 chairs.​​

-72in. round banquet tables

​-8 ft. long b​​uffet tables ( Amount varies.)

​-6 ft. long buffet tables (Amount varies.)

-Wireless microphone and podium

​-Projector and screens


Optional services include:

​-Setup of Tables and Chairs as requested by you.

​-Cleanup after the event (Includes sweeping, mopping, trash removal.)

​-We do not decorate or have table covers but can recommend businesses to provide these services at your request.

Single Classroom Rental

​Prices start at $300

(Not Available on  Saturdays)         
Maximum occupancy around 100 seated.

Double Classroom Rental

Prices starting at $600

(Not Available on Saturdays)

Maximum Occupancy 200 seated.

Three Classrooms (Entire Center) 

Prices start at $800.        

The maximum occupancy is  500 seated

Monday-Friday  8am-5p      Call for more information!

A deposit is required for all rentals at contract signing. Once the contract is signed, all contracted amounts are due. The total amount contracted is due 90 days prior to your event.  Please call or email for more information.
